We are looking for some very special people to join our family of Caregivers - compassionate individuals, who love working with the elderly, and would enjoy providing non-medical, in-home companion care to seniors.

Our services include: companionship, personal care, errands, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, incidental transportation, medication reminders, and much more!
Well Trained and Certified
Advantage Senior Care requires its companion caregivers to complete the Certified Companion program. To become certified, a caregiver must complete the study of core subjects relating to senior care and pass a battery of tests to receive the Certification. This will insure that each caregiver is proficient in skills necessary to provide exceptional care and peace of mind to our clients and their loved ones.
Advantage caregivers and CNA's are required to participate in in-service training covering advanced senior care initiatives and other issues related to aging. For example, Advantage Senior Care does extensive training in diseases specific to the elderly.
Benefits
Hours will be flexible depending on your schedule. Our clients require a minimum of four hours service each time a caregiver visits, so you would need to be able to work at least four hours at a time. We will do our best to provide you as many hours a week as you would like whether it be with one client or more.

Requirements
Caregivers and CNA's must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record and an insured, reliable automobile. We cannot hire anyone who has a criminal record, a history of drug or alcohol abuse or carries a communicable disease such as Tuberculosis. Prior to hiring caregivers, Advantage Senior Care conducts extensive background checks on applicants receiving consideration. We cover the cost for complex background checks and training while the applicant is responsible for TB testing.
