About Our Founder
 Carolyn Mattingly. Carolyn brings a wealth of administrative and management experience to the company. She served the Fulton County Board of Education for 18 years, culminating in the position of Chief of Staff for the school system. Upon retiring with 27 years in education, she now is applying her skills to her passion…helping senior citizens and their families improve their quality of life and time together. Her graduate degrees include a Master and Specialist degree in Administration and Supervision. Carolyn has served on the Georgia Oglethorpe State Quality Award Board of Examiners. She has studied extensively at the graduate level at Georgia State University’s Department of Community Counseling. She has taught leadership and personality profiling to organizations across the southern region and national parenting skills training to groups across the state.
Carolyn was selected as a 2010 Phenomenal Woman of North Fulton Award by the American Business Woman’s Association. She was a 2004 nominee of the statewide Turknett Leadership Character Award in the large organization category and is a Certified Companion Aide (CCA). Carolyn is an alumnus of the Greater North Fulton Leadership program, a member of the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, the Sandy Springs Business Association and a member of the Roswell Rotary Club. She is a member of the Georgia Council on Aging and participates in the Coalition of Advocates for Georgia’s Elderly. She is actively involved in Senior Services North Fulton, Inc and in Second Wind Dreams. She was trained by the The Senior's Choice International Network.
She and her husband, Marshall, are active members of the First Baptist Church of Atlanta.
About Our RN Supervisor
Suzanne Salvatore. Suzanne is a compassionate and perceptive supervisor on staff to serve our clients with the administration of care plans, evaluation of client services and employee trainings. Suzanne has years of diverse experience as an RN. She served over 20 years in the Northside Hospital Emergency Department and in several intensive care units located in Lagrange, IL, Naperville, Il. and Syracuse, N.Y.
Suzanne received her Nursing Diploma and graduated First In Class from St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center, School of Nursing in Syracuse, NY. She received her Bachelor of Science in Health Arts from the College of St. Francis, Joliet, IL.
About Our Artist and Companion Caregiver
Jeanne Dunham is on staff to provide an art program to clients and seniors in the communities we serve. Jeanne studied at the Chicago School of Art and Design, and the American Academy of Art in Chicago, IL. She attended the Naguib School of Sculpture in Glen Ellyn, MI. She is certified as a Companion Caregiver through Advantage Senior Care, Inc. and has much experience in this area. She is a charming and compassionate caregiver and artist who strives for excellence in all she does. We are excited to have Jeanne overseeing our Art Program for Seniors.

Our mission is to assist senior citizens who wish to enjoy the privacy and comfort of their own home for as long as possible and still maintain their independence. We provide Advantage caregivers who will perform their duties with confidence, concern, commitment, cheerfulness and care.
We help build a community of providers that supplies a timely and dependable response to the needs of our senior clients. We will treat every contact as a friend, every client as family and perform every task as an honor.
