All of our caregivers are our employees, not independent contractors. We pay their taxes and match all required government programs including social security, and Medicare and, also, maintain their workers’ compensation insurance. Each of our employees must pass a complex background check and pass other ethical and skill tests. They are well trained, insured, experienced and state licensed.

You want your loved one's important medical care records organized, up to date and easily assessable for the family, physicians, the hospital and other facilities that provide care.
This Organizer should be taken to doctor’s appointments, the hospital or rehab center and is at their fingertips for copying. The printed tabs are indexed to file medical results where they belong. Included are pages for the list of medications, medical address book, medical history, doctor visits, hospitalizations and surgeries, and record of falls.
Electronic Employee Timekeeping Provides Exact Billing
You want to be sure that your loved one's billing and daily record of caregiver duties are accurate.
Our electronic time tracking software requires that our employees sign in and out using the client’s home phone and an 800 number. There will never be any doubt as to the precise time our caregivers spend servicing you or your loved one. The Task Sheet is documented daily and stays in the Client Care Plan for record keeping.
